Actor David Arquette, who is still facing the agony of his separation to wife Courteney Cox, was reportedly injured after a head-on car accident in West Hollywood on Friday (March 4).
According to TMZ, he was driving his silver Cadillac when a car in front him suddenly stopped. David "swerved to the left to avoid hitting the car and went into oncoming traffic. David slammed into a car going in the opposite direction."
Arquette is reportedly bleeding and was taken away by ambulance.
