Illegal Alien Mom charged after allegedly breaking Anchor Baby's legs

So nice that a illegal alien welfare momma living in a free section 8 apartment can come up with $35,000.00 CASH for bond!

An Arlington Heights woman faces child abuse charges for allegedly repeatedly shaking her 2-month-old baby by the legs, police said.

Rubi Cabrera, 19, of the 0 to 100 block of South Dryden Avenue, was charged with aggravated battery of a child after Cabrera’s pediatrician noticed injuries during the boy’s two-month check-up Friday, Cmdr. Kenneth Galinski said.

Upon his request, she took the child to Lutheran General Hospital, where staff found the child had fractures in both of its legs and skull as well as facial bruising and cuts, police said.

The Department of Child and Family Services was called in to investigate and confirmed that the injuries, received in only the last month, were child abuse.

Arlington Heights police took Cabrera in for questioning Saturday, where she allegedly admitted she often becomes frustrated with the child’s constant crying. She told police she had, on several occasions, jerked him violently by his legs while changing his diaper and once he struck his head on the frame of the bed, Galinski said.

The 2-month-old was immediately placed with DCFS.

Bond for Cabrera was set at $35,000 and was posted by her family.
