Taylor Swift papped arriving at a radio station back on July 22.Taking a look out of another pretty blonde's style book, Taylor wore the same blue floral print Tibi dress that Blake Lively was seen in last month. Giving the dress her own flair, though, Taylor added a prim belt and cute bow-topped pumps to the look.
