With Twilight winning a bunch of awards, and picking up Best Kiss and Best Actress herself, Kristen Stewart had a great night at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.She was a winner in the style stakes too in a Balmain dress covered in studs and safety pins. While the dress was covered in safety pins it certainly wasn't a safe choice but Kristen's footwear was: simple black Christian Louboutin pumps.Balmain is notoriously pricey but that doesn't mean Kristen's look is unattainable. She rocked her metallic Dolce & Gabbana mini dress which she wore with strappy black Vicini sandals and a belt from Melamed.
Blue Chanel nail polish added an off-setting touch. The shade is Nouvelle Vague - a limited edition color which costs $23 for one little bottle.
A similar color is OPI's "No Room for the Blues". OPI is a little more wallet friendly and is a big celeb fave.
