It was a rainy night in London on September 29 but Cheryl Cole still shone on her night out to launch The Promise - a capsule ring she has created with jewelry designers De Grisogono.Cheryl was dazzling in a gold Elie Saab mini dress and brown suede Louboutins - she didn't want to get those wet.
A bronzed tan, long-again extensions, and some De Grisogono jewels completed her look.
