Britney Spears wants to perform for Prince William & Kate Middleton (Glamour UK October 2011)

Pop star Britney Spears, who is now preparing for her European leg of the Femme Fatale Tour, has revealed via British Glamour that she would love to perform for Prince William and Kate.

It will be a pleasurable sight for Britney if the royal couple will watch one her London concerts.
“That would be amazing! That would be really crazy and cool. I think [William and Kate] are a beatiful couple and I totally respect and admire them,” she said in the latest issue of Glamour U.K. via People.
Glamour did reveal to Britney that Prince William used to have a poster of her on his bedroom wall when he was younger, which Spears thought it was interestingly “hilarious”!

One more thing, Britney looks great on the cover of Glamour's October 2011 issue bad sadly to say the text layout is simply bad.

Meanwhile, her Femme Fatale European Tour begins Sept. 22 in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Justin Bieber Interview

Source : www.music-news.com
Interviewed by :Marco Gandolfi
Date : July 4, 2011

Perhaps the most famous 17-year-old in the world, recording artist Justin Bieber has sold more than five million albums since releasing his first single barely more than two years ago. Initially, the Canadian had no dreams of stardom at the age of 12, when videos of him singing were posted on YouTube for his friends and relatives to enjoy.

If computer, television and mobile phone screens aren’t big enough for his throngs of fans, they’ll be able to catch him on the motion picture screen—in 3D, no less—when the concert film and documentary “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” opens in theaters in the coming weeks. Music News caught up with the teenage heartthrob at a closely guarded secret location to find out more.

MN: Your videos on YouTube began your career. Was that a conscious decision to build your fan base there?
JB: No, I was just putting videos on there just for friends and family. Because I liked doing it and… I never, never wanted to be famous. That wasn't a dream of mine, because I really didn't think it would happen. I didn't think it was possible.

MN: Once you saw how big it was becoming, at what point did you think, maybe we can aim higher than just my friends?
JB: I never aimed high, I still just kept going, because I thought it was fun. I still didn't think I could get famous because of it. So I just had fun with it.

MN: And then you got your manager, Scooter Braun, and you hit the road. What were those early days like?
JB: Well, when Scooter found me, I moved to Atlanta. And right from there, I was traveling and going to a million different radio stations, just trying to get my music on the radio and to get myself out there.

MN: And while you were doing all of that, there was some resistance with the labels. How did you stay positive? You knew you were good, but when people are telling you, “No, we don't really know what to do with him…”
JB: I was like, whatever... I never had anything set in mind. So whatever happened, happened. And I wasn't angry or sad either way.

MN: If you were not on the cover of Vanity Fair, if you did not have 280 million views on your latest video, if you did not have eight million friends on Facebook, six million Tweeters…at what point would you think, “Okay, this is good enough”?
JB: (laughs) I don't know. I think everything happens for a reason. And this—whatever—happens, happens. I'm here, I'm doing what I love. And I'd be satisfied just playing sports in my home town and just being a kid. But, this has definitely been awesome.

MN: When did “Never Say Never” come about?
JB: It just kind of happened.

MN: Did your process change with these 3D cameras swirling around you?
JB: It's always weird to have cameras there, but I just kind of didn't really pay attention to it.

MN: When did choreography come to be part of the package? Did you work with a choreographer?
JB: Yeah. Well, I started out doing radio stations and performing at different radio shows. So I had to have some sort of choreographed stuff. So that's when that started happening.

MN: What do you see as the growth between your first album, “My World” and your follow-up, “My World 2.0”?
JB: Hmm. I just think music evolves and as you evolve, your music is going to change with you. “My World” was my first ever album. With “My World 2.0,” I was still new to it—I’m still new to it now. So I think every album is going to improve and every album is going to be different.

MN: What's it's like to have Usher as a mentor?
JB: He's really cool. And not even just musically, just to hang out with. He's just cool to be around and play basketball with…and just do anything.

MN: He's been there, he's done it. Who do you like being compared to stylistically?
JB: Oh, I don't like being compared at all. Because I think everybody's their own—some people try to be like other people. But for me, I'm just doing my own thing.

MN: When you head back into the recording studio, are you going to try something different?
JB: I'm still young. I still have only gone through what a 17-year-old has gone through. So, I'm just trying to do my thing.

MN: Where would you like to tour that you haven't toured already?
JB: Well, as of March this year, I'm going to have toured everywhere. Yeah, because I'm going to everywhere—like Indonesia…

MN: Is there a place you're really looking forward to being?
JB: I'm looking forward to going to Israel. And I'm going to China, Beijing. That's pretty awesome.

MN: ou’ve collaborated with a bunch of amazing artists. Are there any out there that you would still like to get into the studio with, or get on stage with?
JB: Eminem.

MN: You had mentioned sports—if your life had taken a different path, do you think that's where you'd be?
JB: Well, not professionally. But definitely for fun. That's something I love to do, so I'd be definitely doing that.

MN: ou’ve done some good work on television, and seem to have a good sense of humor about yourself. Are there other things you want to try?
JB: I like acting. I like singing. I want to do more writing for other artists as well.

MN: You write, you perform, you sing, you kick a mean soccer ball. What's the most rewarding thing that you're doing right now? What do you get up in the morning and think, all right, I get to…?
JB: It just depends what I'm doing during the day. It's like, I don't like doing photos or press (laughs), but I love performing for my fans. And…I just love waking up. I think that's a blessing in itself. Just being able to wake up. 'Cause every day above ground is a good day.

MN: On your days off, what do you get to do?
JB: I love to be with my friends. I like to do normal stuff. Like go bowling and play basketball, do stuff like that.

MN: How do you remain grounded? When do you have time to be with your friends?
JB: My two best friends, Ron and Chaz, I fly them out every so often, 'cause they have school. So I have to fly them when they don't have school and try to get them with me as much as possible.

MN: Where do you think of as home right now?
JB: I always think home is where I grew up, in Stratford [Ontario]. That'll always be home.

MN: Your album sales, YouTube views—those numbers are impressive. All that aside, what really matters to you?
JB: Just remaining sane! 'Cause this business is, like, really crazy. And it's easy to get caught up in it. So my sanity is what's important to me. Because, if I don't stay sane, then...

MN: Then you can’t continue to perform.
JB: Exactly.

MN: Compared to a year ago, how are things different now?
JB: Hmm. It's still the same. I'm different. I didn't think it would come this fast, though.

MN: With tools like YouTube and Facebook, things seem to happen so fast these days. You can record something and an hour later 1,000 people could see it.
JB: Exactly.

MN: Michael Jackson, he couldn't do that. Even Usher couldn't do that when he first started.
JB: Exactly. I’m still teaching my boy Usher how to use the Internet.

Taylor Swift loves writing songs because it is so 'unpredictable'

The talented country music star has enjoyed success around the world with her heartfelt lyrics. She is constantly inspired to pen new songs and says she can think up lyrics any time of the day.

' think for me it comes as a general idea. My favourite thing about song writing is that it is so spontaneous and unpredictable what's going to hit me first,' she explained in an interview with YouTube Presents. 'Like for example, when I wrote Love Story ' that was a song I wrote sitting on my bedroom floor because I liked a guy and my parents didn't want me to date him. So the idea came to me about Romeo and Juliet, Romeo throwing pebbles at my window. I didn't know where that was going to fit in the song, but I started with that and it just grew from there.'

The 21-year-old musician won four Grammy Awards for her second album Speak Now. She enjoys sharing experiences in her life and finds it easier to write lyrics which mean something to her.

't's crazy how the fastest songs that I have written end up being my favourites. The ones that just happen with a surge of inspiration,' she smiled. 't's usually something I am going through at the time, it's hard for me to come up with a random metaphor if I am not going through it. When I was growing up, my mom talked in metaphor a lot. So I grew up loving metaphor and loving how you can take something you are going through and speak about it in a different way.

'There are certain moments in a song where you go, 'Oooh, oooh' when you write a line because you are so excited. I won't finish a song unless I get that.'

Katie Price's magazine takes us for mugs - who wants to read all about her?

The measure of celebrity success is changing. A book series is now de rigueur. Having your own fragrance is essential, while a clothing range marks you out as being a cut above.
But the ultimate celebrity status symbol? Your own magazine based on yourself, of course.
First there was chatshow queen Oprah Winfrey’s slick title, O, a self-help read that was heralded the most successful magazine launch ever.
Every angle covered: Got the book, got the T-shirt, now you can get Katie Price's magazine
Every angle covered: Got the book, got the T-shirt, now you can get Katie Price's magazine

Rio Ferdinand’s 5 glossy is a more edgy mix of fashion, interviews with footballers, gadgets and music.

So it was just a matter of time before Katie Price decided to launch Katie, devoted to her life and thoughts.

Suffice to say, learning that Katie Price ‘can’t just leave one Rice Krispie in the bowl: there has to be two’, is not life-changing stuff.

But at £3.99 an issue, Katie magazine is poised to net the glamour model £370,000 a year.

If it takes off, it may prove that she’s no fool — but what it says about the British public is anyone’s guess.

Lucci Slams Frons Over All My Children Cancellation

Veteran actress Susan Lucci has taken aim at ABC chief Brian Frons in her new autobiography for axing U.S. soap opera All My Children.
TV bosses announced earlier this year that the longrunning beloved show would come to an end later this month as part of a cost-cutting initiative.
And now Lucci, who has played Erica Kane in the series since it launched in 1970, has blasted executives for ruining the programme.
In the epilogue to her new tome, All My Life: A Memoir, the actress slams Frons and his colleagues for moving the show from New York to Los Angeles and replacing writers to produce "subpar" material.
She writes, "I watched Brian Frons' decisions destroy the production of our show and the lives of people on both sides of the country... An iconic show was losing out to greed... If Brian Frons could show his bosses that he could save the network 40 per cent... he could keep his job even if the rest of us lost ours."
And she claims she told Frons: "I think our being in this position is the result of some very bad decisions by you."

X Factor: Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole fell out when she slagged Westlife!

Louis Walsh never struck us as the loyal type, but it seems that he does feel very strongly about Irish man band Westlife.
The Irish star has managed the group – consisting of Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, Shane Filan and formerly Brian McFadden – since 1998 and admitted in a recent interview that he once fell out with his fellow X Factor judge Cheryl Cole when she slagged the boys off.
No doubt Cole made a remark about the cheesy music, the use of stools or the predictable key changes in Westlife songs, but Louis was having none of it and speaking to heat magazine, Walsh said he couldn’t put up with “derogatory” comments about the boyband.

He said:
“Cheryl and I had a few rows on camera but not many off-camera.
“She once said something derogatory about Westlife and no-one slags Westlife off, I am their manager and I love them”
The grey haired star – who was the only original judge to return to The X Factor this year – has also claimed some of the credit for bringin Destinys Child star Kelly Rowland on as Dannii Minogue’s replacement.
He insists that he told Simon Cowell she would be a great addition to the show three years ago, explaining:
“Three years ago, I said to Simon, ‘You know who would be a good judge? Kelly Rowland’, and Simon was like, ‘Really?’.

“She’s done it all. She knows how to sing and how to dance. She is a star in her own right. She is incredible!”
However, Walsh wasn’t quite so complimentary about new judge Gary Barlow. In an interview with The Daily Mail, he claimed that the Take That star has his priorities wrong on The X Factor, because he’s actually looking for talent. He said:
‘Gary thinks he’s the new Simon but he’s not. He needs to realise The X Factor is a television programme, not a singing contest.’
‘A show like this needs characters to make it interesting. People like Kitty Brucknell. Everyone’s talking about her. It’s acts like her that make this show work and get people watching.’

Louis Walsh: 'No-one slags off Westlife'

Will Louis get 'The Groups' again this year?!

Louis Walsh has revealed that he fell out with his former X Factor co-star Cheryl Cole over his boyband Westlife.

Walsh claimed that he had a spat with the Girls Aloud star after she said something "derogatory" about the Irish group.

"Cheryl and I had a few rows on camera but not many off-camera," he said.

"She once said something derogatory about Westlife and no-one slags Westlife off, I am their manager and I love them."

Walsh also claimed that he was the person who first recommended Kelly Rowland to be a panellist on The X Factor.

"Three years ago, I said to Simon, 'You know who would be a good judge? Kelly Rowland', and Simon was like, 'Really?'," he said.

"She's done it all. She knows how to sing and how to dance. She is a star in her own right. She is incredible!"

Three home invasion suspects arrested, one shot & wounded

Three suspects were arrested today in connection with a home invasion robbery while a fourth remained in a local hospital after the homeowner reportedly shot him.

According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, a man known to the victim came to the South Punta Gorda Heights house in the 11000 block of First Avenue around 10 p.m. Saturday looking for the victim's son.

The homeowner allowed the man, later identified as 20-year-old Joshua Correll Sayed of Deep Creek, to enter and said his son was not home. At that point, two other men wearing bandanas across their faces and armed with semi-automatic handguns burst through the door and told the two to “get to the ground," the report said.

Instead, the homeowner ran to his bedroom where he kept his revolver in the closet. The two men followed him into the bedroom and turned the lights on, at which point the homeowner fired at the man closest to him, according to the report.

The wounded suspect, Fredrick Deon Moorehead, 19, of Punta Gorda, hid behind the bed and shot at the homeowner, who then returned fire, investigators said. Moorehead ran outside and the suspects reportedly fired four rounds at the home before fleeing.

Sayed, Jarmeel Earl Bennett, 21, of South Punta Gorda Heights and Pheneathius Sharbrail Brown, 18, of Punta Gorda were charged with home invasion robbery; Moorehead remained hospitalized due to his injuries.

Helen Alfredsson golf babes pictures and bio

Helen Alfredsson gets a kick out of calling herself “Grandma,†particularly when it suits her.

The 43-year-old Swede shot a 7-under 65 on Sunday to win the Grand China Air tournament, beating 19-year-old Yani Tseng of Taiwan by three strokes for her second victory of the season.

Alfredsson joked about her age earlier this season after winning the Evian Masters for the third time. She was at it again after this victory, taking a good-natured jab at Tseng, who won the LPGA Championship this season as a rookie.

“Today I said to her, ‘You got beat by a grandma. You need to start beating her,”’ she said.

Alfredsson, Europe’s 2007 Solheim Cup captain, trailed second-round leader Karen Stupples by five strokes entering the final round of the 54-hole event, the first LPGA tournament in China.

She ran off six birdies on the first 10 holes. The final one in that surge gave her the outright lead, moving her to 11 under for the tournament and a stroke clear of Stupples. She went to 13 under with birdies on 14 and 17. Alfredsson played three groups ahead of the final threesome, and left the door slightly open with a poor chip and a dropped shot at 18.

“I was certain at that point,” Alfredsson said. “I was 4 up and I didn’t have huge pressure on me for the chip shot. But it was not a great shot. But it’s great to be on 18 and have a four-shot lead.”

Alfredsson finished at 12-under 204 after opening rounds of 70 and 69. The victory was worth $270,000, pushing her career earnings past $5 million.

Tseng also started five back. She finished with a 68 to go with rounds of 72 and 67. It was the fifth time this season she’s been the runner-up.

Laura Diaz of the United States, the first-round leader after a 63, had a round of 72 and was four back. Stupples of England was five off the pace with a 75.

Young Kim of South Korea had a 71, six back, and China’s Shanshan Feng carded a 68 and finished seven behind. Feng is the only Chinese player on the LPGA Tour.

Diaz and Stupples were trying to end victory droughts. Stupples hasn’t won in four years, and Diaz in six. They both crashed on the back nine, where Stupples had four bogeys and Diaz had three.

Alfredsson said she’s likely to play only another year or two, joining fellow Swede Annika Sorenstam, who will step away from golf after this season. But she still gets pleasure beating players who are decades younger, like Tseng.

“They don’t want to get beat by us because we are so old, and we still want to beat them because they are so young,” Alfredsson said.

Alfredsson praised American stars like Morgan Pressel and Paula Creamer, and a young group of South Koreans like Seon-hwa Lee, Inbee Park and In-kyung Kim.

She added Tseng and Feng to the list, suggesting China could become a power in women’s golf. This event is on the LPGA schedule for next season, although the venue has not been announced.

“I’m so happy I’m not going to be on tour when all the Chinese girls come out,” Alfredsson said. “I’ll be retired. They (Chinese) have a great work ethic, and obviously I think it’s great they’ve seen the Korean girls being very successful. … So it’s just a matter of time.”

Tseng was the crowd favorite at the West Coast Golf Club, located on China’s tropical island of Hainan. Conditions were sultry Sunday, broken only by a light breeze off the Strait of Qiongzhou, which links the Gulf of Tonkin and the South China Sea.

Earlier this season, Sorenstam, who finished 10 off the pace with a 72 on Sunday, said Tseng would be the No. 1-ranked player in three seasons.

“That was very exciting,” Tseng said Sunday. “I can’t believe she would say that because she is my idol. I don’t want her to be disappointed so I will work hard.”
