Congressional Physician Negates Dubious Bachmann Migraine Smears (Letter)

"You are in overall good general health"

Meanwhile Bachmann now leads nationally, at least according to one pollster... what are your black ops crew going to come up with now now, Mitt? And she will surely release her medical records... will Obama at long-last? I doubt it greatly-

Donald Trump (remember him?) is weighing-in again. He said yesterday on CNN that the old-guard GOP is misplaying their hand terribly by providing demagoguery material to the Left, and have brought back Obama "like the Phoenix" by doing ill-advised deals with him.

In sharp contrast to that, Trump sees Michele Bachmann as "highly underrated". Say what you want, but (famously) this is a guy who knows management talent when he sees it. And The Donald met recently with Rep Bachmann in Manhattan and walked away impressed: Trump in fact described both Palin and Bachmann as "smart people" who "know what they're doing".

He went on to say that largely due to liberal MSM collusion /character assassination plots they don't get the credit they deserve--- but we already knew that, didn't we.

Poll: Bachmann Surges Nearly 15 Points... Now in Second Behind Romney

Romney 33%... Bachmann 19%... Cain 10%

In the wake of a dazzling debate performance earlier in the week, confirmation of the positive impression made on Republican primary voters has now arrived in the form of an almost fifteen-point move for Michele Bachmann , one that has her pulled-away from the second-tier pack and now growing larger in Flipper's rear-view mirror...

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely GOP Primary Voters, taken following the candidates’ Monday night debate, shows Romney earning 33% support, with Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann a surprise second at 19%. Georgia businessman Herman Cain is in third place with 10% of the vote.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich picks up nine percent (9%) support, followed by Texas Congressman Ron Paul with seven percent (7%), ex-Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty at six percent (6%) and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum also earning six percent (6%).

Former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, who did not participate in the debate but is expected to announce his candidacy on Tuesday, gets two percent (2%) of the vote. Eight percent (8%) prefer some other candidate...

As for relevance, imo Rasmussen is pretty much the only pollster one can take at face value... more on that -here-

I for one am delighted to see the Bachmann surge... don't know about you, but here she's on the short list for 2012. Below we have Michele on Hannity a couple days ago with some thoughts on how the campaign is shaping-up:

Michele Bachmann is a true American patriot...
a Reaganite conservative to the bone... and a real firecracker,
just what this moribund party could use next year-

Now watch the MSM hacks lay into her with the rumors,
innuendo, and spin...  predictably, that's already started.

As noted by Jim at Gateway Pundit, Please– Arrive Early.

There are reports that Speaker Pelosi is going to force protesters to park a distance from the Capital for the rally...
