Former lead singer of rock band of the '80s, Warrant, was found dead in a hotel in Los Angeles, as reported by TMZ. Jani Lane, who once sang "Cherry Pie" and "I Saw Red", died at the age of 47.
Jani had split up and reunited with members of the band Warrant several times, the last time in 2008. TMZ also reported on Jani dependence on alcohol, including drunk driving and had a couple of times.
Death Jani "Warrant" Lane is still mysterious. However, there is evidence that he died of an overdose. Because, at the location of his death found a bottle of vodka that was left half-bottles, and pills without a prescription.
