Kate & Evan's Mildred Pierce Premiere Looks

Kate Winslet and Evan Rachel Wood showed off chic looks at the after party of the Mildred Pierce in New York on March 21.

Playing the title role, Kate opted for an attention-grabbing sheer polka-dot panelled dress from Stella McCartney, plus simple heels from the designer

With the show set in the '30s, Evan was suitably dressed in a Elie Saab dress teamed with glam, golden Hollywood waves.

Her brooch at the waist, and dramatic drop earrings added some perfect finishing touches; sandals from Elie Saab completed her look.

The dresses and shoes Kate and Evan wore are from the Fall 2011 collections, so quite a wait for anyone interested in the real things.

Kate Winslet in Silver YSL at the Oscars

Kate Winslet at the 82nd Annual Academy Awards held at LA's Kodak Theatre on March 7.

Last year's Best Actress Oscar winner Kate returned to present an award this year and looked lovely in her silver YSL strapless bodice design.



Beautiful silver and yellow diamond jewelry (worth $2.5 mil) from Tiffany & Co. and a silver clutch topped off the elegant look.

Kate and Claire's Elegant BAFTA Looks

Kate Winslet and Claire Danes at the 2010 BAFTA Awards in London on February 21.

The winner of last year's Best Actress Award kept in very simple in a modified Stella McCartney dress, with just two mesh inlays to set it and a subtle slit to set it apart from your average black gown. Claire was one of the most elegant stars of the night in a silky custom-made Burberry gown, glossy red lips and Tiffany's diamonds.
