In other Randa news, according to the Daily Mail, she's started a craze for Coconut Oil after telling Cosmopolitan Australia: “I will not go a day without coconut oil.”
She said she has about four tablespoons a day and drizzles it over salads, adds to other dishes she cooks, and dilutes it into her drinks.

Miranda was lovely a in blazer, fresh white blouse, and print skirt as she headed out in Sydney with her 7-month-old baby who was uber adorable in a Kerr-Bloom tee.
Co-ordinating her arm candy well, Miranda carried a Prada tote to match Flynn's red jeans.

On top of the world and looking better than ever after the birth of little Flynn a few months back, Australia's sweetheart Miranda Kerr scored the cover of InStyle Australia's August 2011 issue.
Looking gorgeous in a bronze dress from Aussie desiger Thurley, Miranda graces the cover; and inside she talks about how she got into her incredible shape and how life's changed since Flynn:
“He’s a big baby, 4.5 kilograms at birth, and I thought to myself, ‘I have so much more that I want to do aside from modeling. I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It’s worth it’.”
On what's important in her life: “I was working 18-hour days. Now the pace has slowed so I can spend the majority of my time with Flynn—we have a bath together every night. [I am] first a wife and a mother, and then comes work. When I work, it needs to be the best decision for us as a family.”

Miranda Kerr was spotted showing off her incredible figure in skin-tight workout gear as she left a gym on June 10.
Miranda revealed she got her body back so soon after having baby Flynn thanks to yoga, healthy eating, breast feeding, and, obviously, working out.
And she must have been in a real workout mood that day as she was later seen out for a hike in the L.A. canyons.
Accompanying Miranda's gym look was a pink-and-black tote from Prada.
