South Beach Police arrested J.R. Smith of the Denver Nuggets after he was caught operating a scooter without a valid driver’s license (My 28).
According to TMZ, Smith was not jailed for the offense and will appear in court at a later date.
Behind the wheels, the 6’6 NBA guard got a long list past legal problems involving cars (driving suspensions, car accidents).
