Kurt Angle Arrested for Drunk Driving Again...

TNA Wrestler Kurt Angle was arrested early Sunday morning (Sept. 4) and once again, he is reportedly driving recklessly while under the influence in Virginia.

According to TMZ, law enforcement says that Angle's car was spotted by another driver ... swerving between lanes on I-66. Angle was busted by Virginia State Troopers, who responded to the call, and taken to Warren County Jail.

He posted $2,000 bond and was released at 3:31 AM.

Angle was arrested in 2007 for DUI in Pennsylvania but found not guilty after the officers that arrested him failed to proved that he is in the car. The former Olympic gold medalist was also arrested last March 2011 in Grand Forks, North Dakota after failing a field sobriety test. He pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to one year probation and a ten day suspended jail sentence.

Rapper T.I. released from prison 1 month early

Rapper T.I. is now singing the beat of freedom after he got an early released Wednesday (August 31) from the Arkansas federal prison over his probation violation.

T.I. -- whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. was sentenced last Oct 2010, serving 11 months behind bars after he and wife Tiny were busted on the Sunset Strip for drug possession. His arrest was a violation of his probation stemming from a 2009 federal gun conviction.

T.I. tweeted, "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most"

He added, "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"

His released is one month early from original September 29 release date.

Daryl Hannah Arrested During Oil Protest In Front Of White House

Actress Daryl Hannah, who is also a very active environmentalist, was arrested Tuesday (August 30) during a protest against oil pipeline expansion project outside the White House in Washington, DC. The proposed pipeline, known as the Keystone XL pipeline, would run from Canada to the Gulf Coast.

Hannah was arrested along with more than 100 other protestors who sat on the sidewalk in front of the White House and they refused to obey the requests of the police to move away.

"Sometimes it's necessary to sacrifice your freedom for a greater freedom," Hannah said. "And we want to be free from the horrible death and destruction that fossil fuels cause, and have a clean energy future."

Her dedication to the environment have landed her in trouble. In 2006, the 50-year-old Kill Bill actress was arrested for protecting a community garden in LA. She also taken in to custody back in 2009 for protesting mountain top mining in West Virginia.

Jaime Pressly Avoids Jail in DUI Case

No jail time for Jaime Pressly after striking a deal on her January 5 DUI arrest. The 34-year-old actress, who is also in the middle of a divorce from husband Simran Singh, will now be on probation for three years.

Jaime was officially charged with DUI and during her arrest, her alcohol level registered .22, nearly three times the legal limit (The legal limit in California is .08).

Aside from the probation, Jaime was also ordered to complete a 6 month alcohol program.

Pressly initially pleaded not guilty to the charges but it seems somebody knockout some senses to her because if found guilty, she's facing six months in jail.

Thunder's Kendrick Perkins Arrested In Texas

Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Kendrick Perkins was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct in his hometown of Beaumont, TX early Saturday morning (August 13, 2011).

KFDM reports that the 26-year-old defender got involved in an argument with a club manager outside 'The Ticket' night club and approximately 50 people gathered around perkins as he was attempting to fight the manager. Perkins continued to yell obscenities and was attempting to fight several other people in the crowd.

Perkins was taken into custody around 4:00am and was charged with two misdemeanors: Public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $150 bond.

He was a starter for the 2008 champion Boston Celtics and last season Oklahoma City acquired him in a trade. He received multi-year contract extension worth $34.8 million.

Sesame Street's Bert and Ernie: Just friends, Not Gay

Sesame Street's Bert and Ernie are just friends and room buddies. Despite inseparable to each other, the two are not gay and expect no wedding plans in the future!

Sesame Workshop finally answered the longtime gay rumor orientation of the two Muppet star. In a statement via the official Sesame Street Facebook page:

"Bert and Ernie are best friends. They were created to teach preschoolers that people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves.

Even though they are identified as male characters and possess many human traits and characteristics (as most Sesame Street Muppets™ do), they remain puppets, and do not have a sexual orientation."

Sesame Street Workshop's statement is a response to the online marriage campaign that Bert & Ernie must tie the knot.

Many are inspired by New York state's recent legalization of gay marriage but it is better that the character image of the two remain. I grew up watching it, like so many other people -- it represents the innocence of two good friends.

Gavin DeGraw: Assaulted and later was struck by a Taxi!

Double unfortunate whammy... Too much Bad Luck!

After getting to an argument and brutally assaulted by multiple attackers late Sunday night, singer Gavin DeGraw was hit by a taxi moments later. Bystanders saw the incident and they immediately called 911 emergency.

He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital and according to Gavin's rep., is being treated for:

"multiple serious injuries -- including a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises."

After being discharged from the hospital, he went on to thank and shared some updates via twitter.

"Hi my friends. Honestly, I don't remember much. I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys."

DeGraw has a new album due out next month and has been on tour with Train and Maroon 5.

OutKast's Big Boi busted for drugs in Miami

Rapper Big Boi, member Grammy-winning group OutKast, has been arrested in Miami on Sunday afternoon (August 7) on drug possession charges which includes ecstasy and Viagra pills.

Real name Antwan Patton -- he was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the Miami-Dade County Corrections website, the 36-year-old Patton was also carrying MDMA, which is the main ingredient in Ecstasy. He was busted by customs and border patrol dogs while getting off a cruise ship.

Boi's attorney released a statement addressing the incident.

"While Big Boi was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated."

The Savannah, Georgia-born rapper was booked around 1:30 p.m. and later released on $16,000 bond.

Big Boi is best known as one-half of the hip-hop duo OutKast, which includes Andre 3000. The duo won six Grammys and has released six albums. Patton made his solo debut last year with the album "Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty".

'Mr. Bean' Rowan Atkinson survived F1 Car Crash!

Mr. Bean is still a very lucky guy!

British actor Rowan Atkinson is lucky to be alive after crashing his pricey million-dollar sportscar in England on Thursday evening (August 4) . He suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to a local hospital.

According to reports, the 56-year-old actor is driving his McLaren F1 when he lost control, hitting into a tree and a road sign. Rowan managed to escaped from the car in which at that moment is in flame. He was travelling on the A605 near Haddon, Cambridgeshire around 7:30 pm.

No one else was involved in the accident.

Atkinson bought the the car following the success of his "Mr. Bean" movie. The McLaren can pump up your heart as it goes from zero to 60 miles-per-hour in 3 seconds, and capable of zooom at 240 mph.

Ex-NBA player Darius Miles arrested on gun charge at Airport

Former NBA player Darius Miles was arrested at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday after being caught of attempting to bring a gun through security.

STL Today reports that TSA personnel discovered the weapon during an X-ray screening at the airport.

He was booked into St. Louis County jail on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Playing at East St. Louis High School in his young basketball career, Darius Miles was the 3rd overall pick in the 2000 NBA Draft by Los Angeles Clippers.

Despite his potentials, he became a journey man in the NBA --- he joined Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland, Portland and Memphis. Miles failed to be in Charlotte Bobcats' roster in 2010.

During his stint with Memphis Grizzlies (2008-09), Miles was suspended for 10 games for violation of the league's substance abuse policy. He was arrested for marijuana possession and driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop back in May 2009.

Samantha Ronson's Mugshot - DUI Arrest

Looking very annoyed with her situation, Samantha Ronson displayed some attitude as she put on a smirk during her mug shot procedure. She was arrested for drunk driving Monday (August 1) at 10:31 a.m outside of Baker, California.

Samantha, who is a disc jockey and best known as Lindsay Lohan's ex, was pulled over for speeding. At the scene, Samantha refused to undergo roadside breathalyzer test but when they arrived at the police station -- she agreed to take the test which she failed. She was booked on suspicion of DUI.

Sam just finished her DJ gig at the Palazzo's Lavo nightclub before the incident.

Halle Berry granted 3-year restraining order againsat Stalker

The court granted Halle Berry 3-year restraining order against her stalker who invaded her home 3 times.

The suspect/crazy stalker Richard A. Franco must now stay 100 yards away from the Oscar-winning actress and her daughter Nahla for the next three years.

Franco is still in jail after his July 11 arrest and was charged with a criminal count of stalking and first-degree burglary. Franco has pled not guilty to both charges.

If convicted, Franco is facing three years for stalking plus six years for burglary.

Al Pacino's daughter Julie Arrested for Drunk Driving

Al Pacino‘s daughter, Julie Pacino, was arrested for drunk driving last Saturday (July 30) in New York City.

At a checkpoint in Manhattan's West Houston Street, the 21-year-old was stopped by the police and they performed a sobriety test in which Julie's blood-alcohol level was found over the legal limit.

Reportedly, Pacino's blood alcohol level registered at .12 (legal limit is .08).

She was booked at the Manhattan Detention Complex. Later on, she was released on her own recognizance.

Jalen Rose Busted for Speeding Hours after DUI Jail Sentence!

Jalen Rose's stroke of bad luck is still rolling and his latest is a speeding ticket in Michigan (July 27). His new violation happened the same day he was sentenced 20 days behind bars stemming from the March 2011 DUI arrest.

TMZ reports that "Rose was popped shortly before 9pm in the Detroit suburb of Clawson -- for going 46 mph in a 25 mph zone."

It seems Judge Kimberly Small made her point ---- first-time offenders must also serve jail time or they will become habitual violators.

Jalen Rose Sentenced 20 Days in Jail For Drunk Driving

Jail time for ESPN analyst/former NBA star Jalen Rose as the court sentenced him to serve 20 days behind bars stemming from the March 2011 DUI arrest in Michigan.

During the incident, the 38-year-old Rose is with a female companion and he was driving along an icy roadway when he lost control of his car and crashed. Rose voluntary performed several voluntary sobriety test but he failed and was eventually arrested. He plead guilty back in May.

Jalen Rose's lawyer doesn't agree with the court decision and he called it as an "abuse of discretion."

Attorney Keith Davidson tells TMZ, "The 20-day jail sentence issued today by this Michigan judge is outrageous."

 He adds, "Today we saw a horrendous example of judicial temperament and discretion."

Rose has no prior criminal record and despite pleas for leniency from several prominent figures including Detroit mayor Dave Bing, the Michigan judge still delivered his jail time sentence to Rose.

The said sentenced also includes a year of probation.

It seems the judge used Jalen Rose as her example to drivers not to drink and drive or else!!!.

Morgan Freeman: Not his Voice In Political Ad!

Aside from his great acting talent, Morgan Freeman's distinctive voice makes him different. That's why the 74 year-old actor cried foul over an ad campaign in Wisconsin which attacks Democrat Shelly Moore. He never lend his services especially his voice in this ad.

An ad featuring a voice very similar to Freeman is being used in this campaign. It was released by the group, Citizens for a Strong America.

"A political ad running in Wisconsin by a conservative group narrated by someone trying to sound like Morgan Freeman was not narrated by Mr. Freeman," his rep Stan Rosenfield tells RadarOnline. "Morgan Freeman did NOT narrate that ad."

A dirty propaganda in which a certain group is using the popularity of the veteran actor in destroying the image of their opponent. Very Nasty!

Morgan Freeman must take action to protect his integrity and image.

'Spider-Man' villain Rhys Ifans Arrested for Misdemeanor Battery

Welsh actor Rhys Ifans, who plays the reptilian villain "Lizard" in the upcoming "The Amazing Spider-Man", has shown his villainous attitude during his appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego on Friday evening (July 22). He was arrested and cited for battery after an altercation with a security guard.

The 44-year-old actor reportedly confronted a female security guard at the event after it was discovered that members of the his entourage did not have the proper credentials to enter. Police also revealed that Ifans, who smelled of alcohol, became "aggressive and belligerent" and he shoved the guard in order to pass through.

Ifans was allowed to participate in the panel to promote the 'Spider-Man' movie, but the guard made a citizen's arrest after the event.

A spokesman for Sony said that Ifans "deeply regrets the incident."

San Diego police issued a citation for misdemeanor battery in which Ifans is required to pay a fine.

Amy Winehouse Found Dead, aged 27

Controversial singer Amy Winehouse reportedly was found dead at her home in London Saturday (July 23). The police are  still investigating the circumstances of her death.

According to reports, "Police said they had found the body of a 27-year-old woman at a flat in Camden Square, north London, after being called by ambulance services around 4 p.m. BST. They said they were treating the death as unexplained."

The Grammy-winning singer had a history of battling drugs and alcohol. Last month, she cancelled her European tour after her poor performance.

'Grey's Anatomy' Eric Dane enters Rehab for Painkiller Addiction

The Doctor is Out!

Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane is currently seeking professional help as he decided to voluntarily checked himself into a rehab for his addiction to painkillers.

His rep confirmed and said in a statement:

"Actor Eric Dane voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over the recent hiatus. He reports back to work this week. Business as usual."

Reportedly, it is a 30-day program which he entered last month.

Meanwhile, Dane aka "McSteamy" and his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart are expecting their second child together.

Good decision in taking responsibility.

Pittsburgh Steelers’ Hines Ward arrested for DUI

Pittsburgh Steelers’ wide receiver Hines Ward was busted Saturday morning in Georgia on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ward, who is also Dancing with the Stars Season 12 Champion, was taken and booked at the DeKalb County jail at 3:41 a.m. He was released on $1,300 bond.

Last May, the 35 year-old athlete had a run-in with the police. He was mistakenly accused as a car thief. His lady companion failed to alert the cops about the car which they already found. The arresting officers, who drew their weapons and handcuffed him, has apologized for the misunderstanding.
