Echo is the tile of Leona Lewis' second studio album, which makes you wonder if it's just going to be a fainter, more hollow version of her debut album Spirit. Simon Cowell and Clive David assembled a pretty serious list of producers to work on Echo: the list is a veritable murderer's row of producers including Ryan Tedder, Justin Timberlake, Kevin Rudolf, and 90s hit machine Max Martin.

The sophomore album is always an important album for any pop star, but even more so for a pop star whose entire career is a product of reality television. For an album with such an ominous title, Lewis really needs for it to contain singles that don't just sound like old material bouncing off the walls.

Justin Biebers Upcoming Album

Are you ready for a new Justin Bieber album? It sounds like the young pop star has begun considering his next album and is already thinking about what it might entail.

Bieber told MTV News he hopes to focus on penning tracks himself, especially after doing so many collaborations. “I want to work a lot with myself,” he said. “And [I want to] write a lot myself. I will be working with a lot of other producers and stuff like that, but I’m just writing a lot, writing on tour.”

He added, “[I'm] writing about how I feel and producing. I’ve been producing on my laptop and on my computer. I’ve been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge.”

Which means we can hopefully look forward to some sick beats the teen produces on his computer showing up on the album. As for what style the record might embrace? Bieber sounds a little confused about that. “I’ve done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it’s gonna have that vibe,” he said. “I’m not gonna really limit myself. I think music is music, and genre— I mean, I know there’s country music, there’s rock music, but my music is different. My voice is not meant for any style. I just want to make music.”

‘Australian Idol’ Judge Jay Dee Springbett Found Dead

Former Australian Idol judge Jay Dee Springbett was found dead in his hotel room in a Wooloomooloo hotel late yesterday (June 30). Police said the death was not suspicious and initial reports regarding the cause of death is that he suffered a heart attack.

The 36-year-old Sony music executive handled some projects with Cassie Davis, Jessica Mauboy, Rogue Traders and Karnivool.

A woman who promised her boyfriend a night of kinky sex has been jailed after handcuffing him to the bed and torturing him for cheating on her.

Sabrina Renne Robinson, from California, poured hot wax over his chest and threatened to 'gut him like a deer' as she sought revenge.

She also smashed him in the face with the butt of a shotgun and repeatedly threatened to kill him.

Police in California said the 33-year-old suspected her boyfriend had been seeing another woman.

She invited her boyfriend to her flat in Fresno, California, and according to police suggested they do 'something kinky'.

The 41-year-old man, who has not been named, stripped naked and allowed himself to be handcuffed to the bed.

But police said when the man was restrained Robinson suddenly turned violent.

Investigators say Robinson burned the man's chest with candle wax, punched his head and body, hit him with the barrel of a shotgun and threatened him with a knife.

While brandishing the knife, Robinson told him 'this is the same type of knife I skin deer with', according to Madera County Sheriff’s Department Eric Stuart.

Atty gen Holder comes to his sense and drops probe against Bush CIA officials over alleged torture

Now that the Obama administration has sucked up every bit of juice from getting Osama bin Laden to sleep with the fish, the least he could do was to stop harassing Bush CIA officials that got the actionable intelligence by using enhanced interrogation.

This investigation was never warranted in the in the first place and was only done to appease Obama’s kook Leftwing base.

The Justice Department will end a wide-ranging probe into the CIA’s past interrogation, rendition, and detention activities, but it will launch a formal criminal investigation into agency officials involved in the deaths of two detainees, Attorney General Eric Holder announced on Thursday.

“The department has determined that an expanded criminal investigation of the remaining matters is not warranted,” Holder said in a statement.

Holder said he accepted the recommendation of longtime federal prosecutor John Durham to proceed with a criminal investigation into the deaths of the two detainees, adding that Durham’s team “reviewed a tremendous volume of information pertaining to the detainees” that included “both information and matters that had never previously been examined by the department.”

the attorney general tapped Durham in 2009 to review cases of alleged detainee mistreatment and death at the hands of CIA interrogators and contractors under the George W. Bush administration.

The probe has been hanging over the CIA, and Holder’s decision to end it was immediately welcomed by key officials.

Notably, Holder made his announcement only minutes before the Senate voted 94-0 to confirm Gen. David Petraeus as the next CIA director. The announcement was also made on the last day for current CIA Director Leon Panetta, who is heading to the Pentagon as the next Defense secretary.

“After extensive examination of more than 100 instances in which CIA had contact or was alleged to have had contact with terrorist detainees, [Durham] has determined that no further law enforcement action is appropriate in all but two discrete cases,” Panetta said in a message to CIA employees.

“No decision has been made to bring criminal charges,” added Panetta, who fiercely defended CIA agents during his tenure. “Both cases were previously reviewed by career federal prosecutors who subsequently declined prosecution. The agency will, of course, continue to cooperate fully in the remaining investigations.”

The Mummy Exhibition In Philadelphia

The Franklin Institute located in Philadelphia invites visitors to attend an exhibition called The Mummies of the World. This is the mummy of a child from Peru who died 6500 years ago at the age of 8-10 months due to a heart disease. It is one of the oldest mummies in the world and is over 3000 years elder than the mummy of Tutu Pharaoh.

Every exhibit here is unique. You can see the remains of a dog buried in the swamps of Germany 500 years ago or bones of a child who lived in Peru 6420 years ago. The Peruvian mummy lived in the 13 century AD.

The exhibits were prepared in collaboration with experts from 15 leading European institutions and taken to many large cities of the USA. The mummy of an ancient Egyptian.

The 10-year-old girl is looking at the the mummy of an adult person found in the caves of Chile.

The woman with children were found in the South America.

The mummy of Michael Orlovits born in Hungary in 1765. The mummies of his family members were found during the reconstruction of a Dominican church. Cold and dry air of that place as well as the pine oil allowed the mummies to be preserved till our days.

The investigations held showed that Veronica Orlovits and her husband suffered from severe tuberculosis. Besides, some other traumas and injuries were found on their bodies.

Computer tomography and other scientific methods help in mummy studying. Using them, we can find out how people lived and died. The method is non-invasive and gives three-dimensional image of a mummy enabling to preserve it for future generations.
