Lindsay Lohan: Serving her House Arrest Sentence!

Actress Lindsay Lohan is now serving her house arrest sentence in connection with the jewelry theft case. Lilo turned herself to the authorities on Thursday (May 26) and she was given her favorite accessory, the electronic ankle bracelet.

Lindsay continues to extend her luck as she's now relaxing in confinement at her home in Venice, California for 35 days.

Her probation violation gave her 120 days jail time but due to overcrowding issues in jail and being a nonviolent offender, Lindsay got the best deal in the house! Very Lucky!!!!

Lindsay was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

Lindsay Lohan granted restraining order against stalker

Actress Lindsay Lohan got the necessary protection she needed against the stalker who threatens to kill her. The court granted her a restraining order against an obsessed man named  David Cocordan. The guy continues to stalked Lilo for more than two years.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Lindsay claims that "Cocordan came to her home at least 3 times, followed her to public appearances and sent her more than a hundred text messages as well as phone."

Lindsay feels that Cocordan has intentions of "sexually assault" her. The said suspect also sent a text message, saying, "F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn."

A delusional man is very creepy and cops must detained this guy -- send him to a Mental institution!!!

Lindsay Lohan: a Stalker wants to Kill me!

Lindsay Lohan wants your help! She claims that a man is deeply obsessed with her and the said stalker even threatens to kill her!

The controversial actress tweeted along with a photo.

"This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me- while he is TRESPASSING!"

Receiving weird and scary stuff from the stalker.

Lilo added, "im actually scared now- the blood in the 'cults' book was too much- all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL"

Now, Lindsay can use the legal system in favor of her and not against her. Lilo must get a restraining order against this alleged crazy-creepy man.

Lindsay Lohan: Sentenced to 120 Days Jail Time; Posted bail!

Lindsay Lohan is now out of Lynwood Correctional Facility after her bondsman posted $75,000 bail for her temporary freedom. The controversial actress was found in violation of her probation by Judge Stephanie Sautner and was sentenced for 120 days in jail.

Judge Sautner decided to reduced her felony grand theft charge to a misdemeanor after studying the surveillance video from the Jewelry store. Lohan was accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500 last January. 

The judge emphasized that Lohan should have called the store about the necklace if she has no intention of stealing it but instead she hold the piece of jewelry for several weeks before returning the item.

Lindsay will stand trial for misdemeanor theft on June 3rd.

Aside from the jail time due to her probation violation, Lindsay was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

Lindsay Lohan Is Dropping Her Last Name

Lindsay Lohan wants to try her luck in just using her first name and dropping her last name!

Lindsay's mother Dina Lohan confirmed the name change.

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

A family friend explained about decision.

"So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list. And it's a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father anymore and that includes sharing a last name."

It seems like a great idea --- cutting any connection with Michael Lohan is a start.

Lindsay Lohan Rejects Plea Deal; Headed to Trial

Lindsay Lohan is fighting for her freedom! The 24-year-old actress rejected a plea deal because she strongly believes that her fighting chance is high because she's firm about her innocence. She opted to go forward with her felony grand theft case trial.

The "Mean Girls" actress is being accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from jewelry store last January. Lohan claimed that "it was loaned to her and a stylist simply forgot to return".

The plea deal initially offered to her will include jail time but due to her rejection, she's due in court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.

Lohan is now facing a maximum of three years in prison plus an extended jail time if a judge decides she violated her probation in relation to her 2007 DUI.

Judge to Lindsay Lohan: Plea deal equals Jail time

Judge Keith Schwartz gave a straight forward warning to actress Lindsay Lohan that accepting the plea bargain deal for felony grand theft is also equals to jail time. The plea deal will be an admission that she indeed violated her probation.

The judge tells her bluntly, "I don't care that you're Lindsay Lohan, what I look at is what are the charges."

Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers reportedly wants six months jail time if Lindsay's camp accepts the deal. Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley definitely knows that her client will not agree with the deal with jail time... Trial is the way to go..

If Lindsay goes to trial and convicted --- she's facing 1 year in state prison.

Lohan was accused of stealing a "high-end necklace" from a jewelry store last January.

 Lindsay can only do is to strike a deal with a less jail time. They want her head to roll.

Lindsay Lohan: "I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal."

After her probation was revoked and pleading not guilty to felony grand theft, Lindsay Lohan delivered a message to her detractors who always criticized her.


The 24 year-old Mean Girls star said via Twitter:

"I would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal."

Also, she slams the people who criticized her tight white attire during her LA Superior Court appearance.

"What i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it's just absurd."

Lindsay posted $20,000 bail for the felony case and another $20,000 probation violation stemming from her DUI case.

Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked; Judge says "Don’t push your luck"

Actress Lindsay Lohan was formally charged with felony grand theft and Judge Keith Schwartz delivered a strong message to her that if she violates the law next time -- it will be an automatic jail time for her with no bail.

Judge Schwartz told Lindsay, “You’re no different than anyone else … please don’t push your luck. If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL.”

Lindsay plead not guilty and she was remanded into custody. Lindsay posted $20,000 bail for the felony case and another $20,000 probation violation stemming from her DUI case.

Also, Lohan and her associates must stay away from the Jewelry store.

Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan, who is being accused of accused of stealing a "high-end necklace" will be charged on Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft.

According to TMZ, charges will be filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon. Lohan will be required to be present at the hearing at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon.

Kamofie & Company presented to the investigators their surveillance video and photos of Lindsay wearing the said "one-of-a-kind necklace" worth $2,500. The jewelry store also reiterated that strict policies and procedures must be done first before receiving a loan jewelry.

Lindsay is still on probation and remains subject to random drug and alcohol testing relating to a 2007 DUI.

If convicted of the charges, she's facing three years jail time.

Also, if you are expecting Lindsay Lohan in a handcuff -- you will be disappointed! TMZ reports that Lindsay will not do the “perp walk”. She will surrender in court.

"We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press."
