After targeting revenge attacks and crashing sites at VISA, MasterCard, PayPal -even the Swedish government- now the same vindictive geeks are going after Sarah Palin...

The website and personal credit card information of former Gov. Sarah Palin were cyber-attacked today by Wikileaks supporters, the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate tells ABC News in an email. 

Hackers in London that the Palin team believe to be affiliated with “Operation Payback” – a group of supporters of Julian Assange and Wikileaks – have tried to shut down SarahPac and have disrupted Sarah and Todd Palin’s personal credit card accounts, SarahPAC aide Rebecca Mansour said. 

“No wonder others are keeping silent about Assange's antics,” Palin emailed ABC News. “This is what happens when you exercise the First Amendment and speak against his sick, un-American espionage efforts.” 

Palin has criticized Wikileaks founder Assange, writing on Facebook that his “past posting of classified documents revealed the identity of more than 100 Afghan sources to the Taliban. Why was he not pursued with the same urgency we pursue al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders?...Assange is not a 'journalist' any more than the 'editor' of al-Qaeda's new English-language magazine Inspire is a 'journalist.’ He is an anti-American operative with blood on his hands." 

Activist Gregg Housh told the New York Times "that 1,500 people were on online forums and chatrooms including Anonops.net, mounting mass and repeated 'denial of service' attacks on sites that have moved against Mr. Assange and WikiLeaks in recent days." 

A cached page from Anonops.net shows Palin's site as a suggested target. A SarahPAC.com technical aide said that the "DOS attackers, a group loosely known as Anon_Ops, used a tool called LOIC (Lower Orbit Ion Cannon) to flood sarahpac.com. The attackers wanted us to know that they were affiliated with wikileaks.org through an obscure message in our server log file.“

Asked about whether the GOP should move towards centrist-RINO candidates and positions following the Democrats' substantial 2008 election gains, Governor Bobby Jindal spelled-it-out in an interview with Rush Limbaugh:

People need to look at the history of Ronald Reagan when he lost his first attempt at the Presidency (in 1976). He didn’t go back and say, "Let’s water down the conservatism. Let’s dilute what we’re saying." He made it even stronger. He made it even sharper. There’s a lesson there for potential candidates

We need to be principled in our conservatism. We need to be unabashed, unafraid. We won’t always be popular with editorial writers and a lot of the members of the national media, and that’s okay. At the end of the day, it’s more important that we stick to our principles.

Regardless of what inside-the-Beltway triangulators might try to tell you, Americans respect a principled conservative more than they do some squirelly chameleon... whether they agree with their views 100% or not. This was on display in Tuesday's primaries, where Palin's true-conservative allies continued to hand RINO opponents their hats... and coupled to the fact that  Republican enthusiasm outstripped Democrats' in a way that hasn't been seen in 84 years.

As Obammunist apple-polishers in the MSM frantically spin the GOP as being in a state of "civil war" between RINOs, TEA Partiers, and Libertarians... Carl Rove sees it quite differently: rather than destructive disarray, what we are experiencing in America today is a very positive churning of a newly-energized American Right as we assemble a winning team heading into November. 

Careers will be both made and terminated... but the resurgence of the TEA/Palin/Reaganite wing is all but undeniable now... and Sarah Palin's surely got the touch:

Palin Responds to "War Tax" Proposal- "Oh Really?"

Texas-4-Palin has Sarah Palin's response to Rep. David Obey's (D-Wi) Sen. Carl Levin's (D-NY) new proposals (apparently cooked-up in the West Wing) for a surtax to be imposed on "the wealthy" to pay for continuing U.S. military operations in Afghanistan.

On her Facebook Notes page, the Arctic Fox described the misguided and underhanded proposals as "Scary... Nonsensical.... Unacceptable."

Palin went-on to say:

With Congress and President Obama spending money on everything at breakneck speed, it’s interesting that they are only now getting nervous about spending – but only when it comes to providing the necessary funds to complete our mission in Afghanistan.

They don’t need a new “war tax” to fund a strategy for victory in the war zone. They simply need to prioritize our money appropriately.

So what's really behind this latest specious, squirelly move by the Dems?

Well, not only do they love taxing things, but this allows liberals to loot the treasury more comprehensively for the radical domestic transformation they're currently attempting to stuff down our throats... the top Obama priority, of course.

Later -when there's complaints- that will be used as the excuse to withdraw- the tax would suppress public support for the war... and they know that.

Obama will then say he was forced to quit... and blame it all on Bush, of course.

All this just more typical Team Obama political opportunism and manipulation of public opinion- and for a cowardly leftist agenda that runs contrary to American security interests.

Simply appalling- you know, it's getting hard to keep one's contempt for the Left from evolving into genuine hatred... it's a daily struggle these days.

I sure wish more Americans would have used their brains when they were warned about putting the Democrats in charge of everything- truly an idiot move, as all the warning signs were there for anyone who cared open their eyes and look.

Seems there are some useful political lessons for the Arctic Fox in the Hutchinson vs. Perry gubernatorial contest in Texas, as told by Stacy "The Other McCain" McCain... and he thinks he might have found the guy who can get her all dialed-in:

If I were Sarah Palin... I'd look good in Manolo pumps, but let's not go there. (These hypotheticals always get me in trouble.)

Seriously, however, if I were Sarah Palin, I'd seek out the advice of Dick Armey...

And why the relentless and shameful smear campaign by the American Left against the Killa from Wasilla... what started all this, anyway?

Well, a primary issue would be the fact that Palin was the first to call Obama on his lack of qualifications and experience at the GOP convention... and they've never forgiven her for this-- as a matter of fact, she's on The List.

In addition, Palin stands for the values most Americans hold dear... outside of CA and the Boston-DC corridor, anyway. She would put a halt to the outrageous social agenda of the far-Left moonbats that now control our Federal government... and they know it.

But the biggest reason for the orchestrated, pre-emptive assaults is plain, old-fashioned cowardice... Palin is a huge natural talent, and she scares them to death.

The DNC knows Obama's poll numbers will be in the toilet by 2012... and Sarah continues to speak-up against Obama's ludicrous schemes when many others won't. She's shown herself (as in NY-23) to be brave, sincere, and principled- while the Dear Leader has been promptly exposed as none of those things. She's made it abundantly clear she's opposed to most Obama Administration policies... and now those policies are beginning to fail.

But the fact that Sarah's been so highly successful in life -while completely ignoring the group-therapy victimhood of the left-wing feminist movement- explains the extra dose of venom in these attacks. Her impressive record of achievement turns the whole "Progressive" world on it's head... and she does it with a smile.

Palin's "Going Rogue" Already #1

Sarah Palin's anxiously-awaited Going Rogue -not slated for release until November 17th- has surprised many observers by already going to #1 at Barnes and Noble and Amazon.com.

A Palin source told POLITICO that she "is very grateful" for the strong early sales.

"This book has taken off like a rocket," the source said.

This alarming development should have the long knives of the Left coming-out in a panic-stricken haste- but as Dan at Riehl World View notes, even the right-leaning, Alexander Hamilton-founded New York Post did a harsh, factually-nonsensical Page-Six hit piece on Palin this week. So you have to wonder: who on the Right would want to do a thing like that? (you get one guess...) Read-up on that -here-

And while the Post's purporting that their "industry expert" source feels "blithering idiot" Palin has little hope on the lecture-circuit, they somehow overlook the fact that Palin is already receiving hundreds of speaking offers, as noted by Jammie-Wearing Fool -here-

They also fail to touch-on just how this simpleton could have accomplished so much in life... especially when compared to the smiley styrofoam dink the press is propping-up in the WH now.

Back in reality, Alaska was a pretty corrupt system until Palin stepped in. Her reforms took on entrenched politicians (inc. Republicans), a mafioso-style union boss, and Big Oil.

Wouldn’t it have been nice if Obama had been principled and brave enough to confront the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine? Instead of always taking the easy, opportunistic way with shady political operators like Tony Rezko? Racist preachers and domestic terrorists? Doing business with every last one of them?

As Team Obama is well-aware, the American people could end up voting for the Gipper-in-Heels in droves in 2012- as they’ll surely being looking for an antidote to the Bolshevik con-artist who's currently taking a wrecking-ball to this society. Small wonder then that the far-left moonbats of the MSM and blogosphere -in concert with David Plouffe's Organizing-for-America internet squad- are out to destroy her.

The fact that Sarah Palin's been highly-successful in life -while ignoring the liberal feminist model- is a intolerable humiliation to the Left... this helps to explain the extra dose of venom in these relentless and shameful character-assasination attempts.

Go get em ‘Cuda- you're one tough lady, and there's a lot of us who have the utmost respect for you and your common-sense conservatism.
